Each member of Quinnipiac Valley Community CU owns one share in the credit union, which makes him/her an owner. The credit union is overseen by a seven-member volunteer board of directors that are elected by the members at an annual meeting. Any member interested in running for a board position may do so by submitting their name to a nominating committee before the annual meeting.
